Mimasa presents the new HACCP program for the monitoring and recording of the Critical Points of the sanitation process in washing tunnels and cabinets. By using the touch screen and thanks to a user-friendly program, the key parameters are monitored while they are recorded in a spreadsheet.

It is ideal for reports of BRC, IFS, ISO 22000 and other standards of quality and food safety, as it provides traceability of the sanitation process.

The HACCP program is compatible with any model made by Mimasa, and not only can be added as an option to new equipment but also can be incorporated into any existing machine.
