The new K series is revolutionizing the washing and disinfection of the gloves and knifes in slaughterhouses and meat-cutting rooms, (pork, beef and poultry). The equipment ensures a perfect washing and total disinfection all in a record time while incorporating an innovative thermal disinfection system, in which you can choose the level of logarithmic reduction based on Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella or Escherichia coli and the program itself makes the calculation, while registering the whole process in an Excel file, exportable to USB or PC. It is perfect system for the approval for some countries as well as for the certifications BRC, IFS, ISO 22000, etc.
