A study carried out by Mimasa and CENTA-IRTA has demonstrated the presence of bacteria in the interior of knife handles normally not dealt with adequately by standard cleaning processes. This represents a potential source of contamination for your products.

We guarantee the complete cleaning of the knives and disinfection, reaching the level of log reduction previously selected by program, based on Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella or Escherichia coli and is the ideal solution for the approval of knive washing in some countries and certifications such as BRC, IFS or ISO 22000.
