Overhead rack washers

Mimasa offers a wide range of solutions for washing and disinfection of racks. Adapting to the production needs and space of each costumer, machines can be tailor manufactured for type batch systems (cabinets) as for continuous systems (type tunnel).

Depending on the kind of rack or racks that must be washed, spray bar manifolds and automatism can be designed adapted for the washing of one or several units per cycle.  Cabinets or washing cabins can be installed inside a pit or at ground level because they are designed taking into account the highest standards of hygienic design, always thinking in the ease of cleaning of the same equipment.

Washing cabinets can incorporate more than one tank according to application in the same way that washing tunnels can have several modules of pre-wash, wash and recirculated rinses.

In the case of the cabinets, wash programs can be adapted depending on the level of dirt.  Optionally also have a HACCP control program, detergent and disinfectant dispenser, steam extractor, separator filter of solids, PLC, automation of loading and unloading function, different systems of heating, automatic doors, etc.
