Can we contribute to improving the training of future professionals? What do we accomplish by opening the employer's door to talent? At Mimasa, we seek to constantly improve, which is why we joined the Banyoles Rotary Club's initiative with the aim of bringing education closer to young people. On 28th February, the Electromechanical Maintenance students from Josep Brugulat Secondary School in Banyoles paid a visit to our facilities to get a first-hand look at the process of designing and manufacturing machinery for sanitising processes.
For Mimasa, these open days have two objectives: the first is to help future professionals get a glimpse of the theoretical and practical aspects and thus contribute to their academic training. The second is in line with our values, fostering curiosity and continuous learning. We believe in talent and a job well done. As a company we want to pass on these values to our community and to the future of our region. The best way to capture talent is to share talent.
